SHIPPING

All orders are packed with care + ship from Austin, TX. Orders will be shipped with USPS within 5 business days, but I do my best to ship your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email with tracking info once your order ships.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Flat rate shipping to Canada is $20 for the first piece + $10 per additional piece. Shipping to other countries is not currently offered through the website, but is available. Please email me to inquire about international rates.

RETURNS + DAMAGED ITEMS

If there is a problem with your order, please email me within 48 hours of receiving it.

In case of damage during shipping, please email photos of the item + packaging. Please keep the original packaging until the investigation has been completed by the carrier.
